A dragon with shimmering golden scales who is said to be one of the first Shadows ever created.

Not much is known about this particular Shadow as it is rather rare to encounter in the depths of the Tangled Woods.

Voices claim that he was so prideful of his luminescent skin that he ventured in the dark woods of the Shadowbinder's region claiming to be it's hidden gem, casting light onto the lands because of his glistening scales. He shamefully claimed the swamps and the forests as his because of how he had "shaped" them to his liking. The woods soon rebelled: the offender vanished and soon everyone forgot about the golden dragon.

It is said that, to punish the Imperial, the Shadowbinder bound his soul to the Tangled wood, making it its heart, thus earning the dragon the monicker of 'The Golden Heart'.

It is unsure what the task of this particular Shadow is, some think of him as a guardian of the woods, some say he is a ferrier of souls, others claim he is just a tormented spirit to warn other dragons and remember them of his misfortune.
