B I O G R A P H Y
Lenora is a hardworking coatl with an open mind and a kind heart. She doesn't hesitate to help one of her clanmates, no matter how difficult the task is. However, she forgets things easily, often leading to her clanmates helping her instead. When her mate, Starspirit, can't make a decision for the clan, she advises him and tells him the wisest choice to make. Growing up alone in the Starwood Strand, Lenora lived a quiet life until she came to the Kingdom of Endali. She lived in the treetops, eating plants instead of fish, like all of the other coatls. Throughout the time that she was in the Star Wood, she had only seen less than twenty dragons, though she didn't think any of them left alive. The Star Wood was a beautiful place. A dangerous place. When you looked past the shimmering trees and foliage, there were dangerous beasts hidden in the bushes, in the leaves, in the trees. Most of the dragons Lenora saw were all transfixed on the beauty of the forest, and she was always too late, too far to save them. |

Determined to save at least one of them, Lenora began training and learned how to fight. She first tried close-range combat, in which she didn't succeed, but she later learned how to use Arcane magic. She practiced every day, hoping that, one day, she would be able to save lives. And so, the time came. One cold afternoon, Lenora woke up to hear a screech in the distance. It was a young coatl, perhaps only a week old, trying to fight off a large Chalcedony Snipper. The lobster-like creature was about three times the size of the hatchling, and it was about to strike. Quick as a flash, Lenora fired a rune slash at the monster, which successfully defeated it. After talking to the hatchling, Illusia, Lenora knew where she had come from, and sent her back to the Endali Kingdom. She stayed there to rest after the long flight, and eventually decided to stay. |

She completely reminds of the a cross between the "rebellious princess" trope and the "I'm not in distress" trope. A rebellious princess is a brash princess who does not want to follow the classic rules of being a princess, who does not want to be the prim and proper daughter that her parents want her to be - she wants to do what she wants to do. She wants control over her own life, to have a say where her future is heading, to choose what she does, and she has a brain - she can use it and make her own decisions, thank you very much. She can often have an attitude, and sass comes naturally. The rebellious princess still looks like and dresses, for the most part, like a princess should - she just has a will and an agenda of her own.
The "I'm not in distress" trope is about a girl who gets herself into situations where a normal defenseless girl would need rescuing from, however, this girl can take care of herself. She doesn't wait for a hero or a knight-in-shining-armor to rescue her - in fact, she is not interested in a man unless he can match her strength - and instead puts her mind to rescuing herself, often surprising her adversaries with her willpower, resilience and strength. She's also known to take the lead in a situation - if she finds a man who interests her she will into shy away from making the first move, or if she wants something she will not hesitate when going for it.
