It is an abnormality that believes it is a godlike being, and from it's abilities there isn't a lot of proof saying that it's entirely wrong. Much to perhaps the blessing of everyone however, it is an alter of the Plague Doctor abnormality, and can only front once in a great while. When it does however, it would be best to be be wary of its presence and never fully trust its words, no matter what it may say or promise you.
