Biography
Egyptian name meaning beautiful creation
LORE
It is said that Nafretiri was stolen from her nest as a hatchling and sold to the highest bidder in auction. She went to a rich land owner who used her as a slave in the building of his castle. She was then chained to the outside of this castle, she was there to show his wealth and to protect from invasions. Nafretiri had given up on ever escaping, she didn't watch the skys anymore and dream of flying. She kept her head low to the ground, even stopped eating, in which she was punished for. One night a storm had come, she tucked herself in her blue wings to stay dry.
Nafretiri looked up though as a bolt of lighting stuck the ground, there stood a purple Imperial much like herself. He stormed over breaking her chains with his teeth, she watched in awe at his strength. When the landowner came rushing out with his guards Bomani roared and another strike of lighting struck the ground. He looked at her and waited for her to shake herself of the loose chains, she stretched her wings to their full size for the first time in her life and roared with joy. They took off together, she followed him to Egypt when they landed in his city all the people came out and cheered showering them with gifts. They placed a flower crown on her head and threw petals rejoicing at her beauty and strength.
To this day, you can find Bomani and Nafretiri flying over the city every now and then watching over them. If you're lucky you could meet them when they land to receive their gifts and to greet the new comers and to remind everyone of their safety.
