A beautiful young nocturne born in the depths of the Shrieking Wilds, hatched in a small shrubbery of a thick bramble bush, her parents were no where in sight, she sat there screeching for them, predators that would've loved a tasty young nocturne slunk straight past her not seeing the pretty little girl who's colors resembled the thick brambles she was hidden in. Days past and the young nocturnes cries were never answered, finally she summed up the courage to venture out on her own, her earthy green wings dragging behind her the brown bodied young nocturne crept from her hiding place and slowly but surely started to wander and explore, she found quite a few bugs and insects that kept her satisfied as she ventured further and further from her bramble home. Time passed and she grew into a magnificent young adult, she taught herself to fly and soar, hunt and dive, but she never had a companion, she was always alone. This loneliness never bothered her, for she knew nothing else, she had surprisingly never seen another dragon. She would hear them sometimes but the noises and loud sounds the clans made would frighten her off. Finally she was found by a caring imperial, she was taken in and the imperial watched her closely, her rich gold eyes never leaving the young frightened nocturne as she calmed her, the nocturne lacked any form of draconian having never been around those of the same kind before, but with some time the imperial managed to convince the young nocturne that she wasn't a threat. She took time away from her own clan to teach the young imperial more about their kind, she taught her the words the dragons used, the way they healed wounds and how they made new things and mended old things, the nocturne was a sponge for the knowledge, soaking it all in her vast green gaze. Using the newfound lessons from her imperial teacher the young nocturne began to craft little hats for the beastclans she'd met, and heal their injuries she may find, she was still a bit of a loner and stopped seeing the imperial so much, but she wasn't as scared of her own kind so much anymore. |
