313.png 		Nox and Quintain both joined the clan as hatchlings on the same day and quickly became enemies – Quintain’s “sissy” way of solving disputes with talking rather than fighting and the fae habit of speaking in monotone irritated Nox to no end. The two were finally able to reach a truce after getting lost in the scorched forest for a night and slowly became the closest friends in the clans with time. Quintain was part of the clan’s first battle team with Nox and Zapha, though he had to struggle to prove to the other two that he could be counted on even if he wasn’t a physical fighter. When he was younger he was ashamed of using his healing skills rather than fire magic, but with age he has embraced his role as a healer. Quintain is patient and usually polite but he does have the stereotypical fire flight temper and knows how to conjure a sea of flames – Nox is usually around to calm and restrain him but clan members think twice about trying Quintain’s patience too much.

In the clan Quintain works with healing. Often he is sent along the fighters when they battle or explore new regions thanks to his quick thinking, fire magic and skill in field surgery. When he isn’t sent on these trips he works closely with the clan’s main healer Peridot and has completely taken over any surgery done in the clan. When Peridot leaves to travel he takes over the clan’s regular healing as well.
