B I O G R A P H Y

______ She's the craftsdragon of the clan. Insists that leather is the best protection a craftdragon can have. Migrated here as a hatchling and was supervised by Ratchet, Centauri and Bloodquill. Thus she learned to value hard work (not that many dragons in her clan don't do that). After a while she momentarily apprenticed under a craftdragon who was wandering around at the outskirts of the territory of her clan. The dragon turned out to be one of the exalted Dragons of the clan, and a Craftdragon of the Lightweaver herself, Haruto. The older dragon was patient with her, and showed her exactly what she needed to do to craft things, be it from wood, stone or metal. But after a while Haruto revealed to her, that he needed to go. He was only here, because the Lightweaver permitted him to visit his family once in a while as a reward for his work, and even then it was a rare privilege, as he was the only one of his large group of exalted siblings allowed to go. Nightshade grudgingly accepted it, but managed to persuade him to write her. She had grown close to the giant dragon, and didn't want to let him go completely. A while after he was gone, she had set up her own shop for craftsmanship, and maintained it, even as they moved from the sundial to the Mirrorlight promenade. Many dragons visit her shop, be it her clanmates or dragons that traveled a long way. She is quite proficient with her work, and is able to multitask quite easily. She is in a relationship with Cerys, resident scavenger of the clan. According to Cerys brother Nightcrawler, the two are a perfect match, for Cerys brings the materials, while Nightshade can use them to make a piece of art out of it.
