Вообще-то я... Верю в существование души... Поэтому я создам то, чего больше всего желал мой покойный друг... Адскую бойню.

Куроро производит впечатление молодого человека приятного в общении и с приятной внешностью. Он обладает врождёнными лидерскими качествами, позволяющими заставить уживаться и работать вместе заядлых преступников, каковыми являются члены Геней Рёдан. Благодаря харизме и организаторским способностям он пользуется уважением и доверием всех Пауков. По крайней мере 2 члена труппы всегда находятся рядом с ним в качестве охраны. Он одинаково равнодушен и к людям, и к вещам. Заполучив желаемое, каких бы это не стоило человеческих жертв и ухищрений, наигравшись, он спокойно продаёт добытое. Единственные люди, до которых ему есть дело – Пауки. Прочитав пророчество Неон Ностраде, касающееся сметри Увогина, он даже расплакался. При этом собственная судьба заботит Куроро настолько слабо, что Сенрицу охарактеризовала мелодию его сердцебиения, как «счастливое единение со смертью». Создаётся впечатление, что по-настоящему переживает он лишь за судьбу «Паука», т.е. Геней Рёдан. И даже при потере лидера, т.е. «головы», главное, чтобы выжил паук. Массовые пытки и убийства, в которых виновен Геней Рёдан, подавно не находят у Куроро никакого сочувствия.
