Background Story As son of a highly respected general, almost everyone expected Violin to follow suit. It was almost an unwritten rule he had to adhere to. He definitely didn't hate the Legion and being in an army but he wasn't much for fighting or combat. To his luck, his academic skill was more than sufficient to get him into the higher rank education program. He almost always out shined everyone except in combat training, where 1 dragon always did better; Kion was his name. Violin didn't care that much for his placing in the class as long as he did well above average but this Kion every time made it into competition. At some point Violin was fed up with it and he really started to dislike his classmate. This kept going for a while until settled their differences while going through a hellish obstacle course. They became a really odd duo, still filled with competitiveness. It saddened Violin when their time together ended and the fact that he was chosen to continue for general and not Kion. He felt so guilty because Kion worked his whole life for it and he just kept believing his father had a hand in his placement. Kion was very understanding when he explained his thoughts and assured Violin that their were no hard feelings because they were equally suitable for the position, it was 50/50 anyway. For Violin's first time as leader for a training exercise, he was quite nervous. It helped that Kion was his direct underling and he could for sure rely on him to help where needed. In the end the training exercise went by without anything to crazy happening. The only thing was the resignation of his buddy, who fell in love and decided to stay with the clan they came across. The farewell was brief and he wished Kion all the best but he was sure to miss him and so was Kion. A few times a year Violin came by to visit Kion and catch up. Kion was happier than he ever was and found his place as hunter and carpenter. He was surprisingly handy and creative. One time he came by the clan had a guest, She was this lovely gorgeous lady. Shy but determined he also made conversation with her and over the few days of his stay fell in love with her.
