Memphis was a very great addition to the clan, being a strong, fierce Mirror, with also such a sharp, high intellect. He helped out with many great decisions and plans, adding logic and reason to the clan's defense system. He pointed out many flaws in the clan's structure, and his eye for detail caught the eye of Carlosa, the one who planned to take over the clan's leadership.

Carlosa slowly warmed up to Memphis in order to have him help her with her devious plans. Memphis and Carlosa formulated an idea, an idea that would eventually have two of the other sharpest dragons in the clan leave, making Memphis the smartest one remaining.

The two of them led one catastrophe after another, the clan falling waste to their tricks, still buying that their plans were good and true. Once Carlosa's reign fell, and she was forced into in-clan exile, Memphis was also punished. Unlike Carlosa, Memphis surrendered and told the entire, honest truth, turning back to his Light side.

Carlosa called him weak for doing what he did, and their relationship has been affected ever since.
