Since she'd first found her way into the clan, Arastina has always been a fairly free flying dragon. She loves to explore and is never home for more than a few days at a time. Though I suppose we should start her story at the very beginning. Arastina was born into a fairly large Arcane clan. However, it was simply a clan of warriors, healers and protectors. Many dragons would come from all around to train in this clan, yet Arastina never found her place here. From the time of her hatching she was always the adventurous baby. She was the first to leave the nesting area, and the first to find trouble with the older clan members as she wanted to explore the territory. However, this one day caused her far too much trouble. While exploring when she was only a few days old, she was exploring the borders of her clan and found a young Imperial. Though he looked odd, he had 3 heads and seemed to be near death in appearance. His skin a deathly grey color as he was incredibly skinny. Thinking she was only helping, she led him back to her clan. However, she soon found from her elders that what she'd led home was actually an Emperor. After a fight that left several of her clans best warriors near death with injuries, it was decided Arastina would be exiled from the clan. Upon leaving she wasn't alone for very long before being taken into another clan. Though she was much more careful and had to explain to the dragons that had taken her in why she'd been exiled. She had, however, finally been accepted and was much more careful of other dragons when she went out on her own. The dragons who'd taken her in were Gavilon and Hiwarau. Her most recent quest, however, was her most exciting. While she was out wandering the Water flights territory, she found a young Tundra who'd hatched from a nest that was empty. Without any other eggs, or any parents, the young dragon had hardly survived. If not for Arastina finding her, the young Tundra wouldn't have survived. Though having been found after only a few hours, the hatchling, soon to be named Bernadette, returned with Arastina and found a home in the clan. Though having known nothing of her real family, she clung to Arastina and looked to her as a mother figure.
