Biography

Aibek is the Commander of the Guards, personally given the position from Empress. He spends most of his days training the new guards, organizing patrols, and planning out new routes for the clan to travel through. He is strict in his order, and downright terrifying to anything that threatens the clan. When he isn’t doing his job, he is training to better himself and improve on his skills. It appears to be a borderline obsession with how much he cares for strength, never failing to miss a session and rarely giving himself time to rest. This, however, has a purpose that goes well beyond himself. When he was young, Aibek was at the mercy of the dangers that lived in the Starfell Isles. Strange things live within the arcane lands and it threatened his clan more than once. He grew up in fear, too small and weak to protect anyone. When he was old enough, he had begged the clan warriors to train him so that he too can protect the ones he love. Aibek had a knack for it, going leaps and bounds in his training. Soon enough, he was put up as a guard for the clan to protect them from the dangers he wished to face. Unfortunately, he wasn’t strong enough. A horrible beast, mutated by the energies of the land, had come through his clan and destroyed everything. It scattered his clan members and slayed even more of them. The warriors did everything they could to kill it, but by then the damage was done. Aibek was stunned at this event, even more when the order came through that everyone had to leave to new clans. The previous leader was dead and no one was strong enough to gather the remaining members to rebuild. So, reluctantly, Aibek left for new lands to find a new clan. He wandered for months, traveling over land and sea to find a place to call home. He could never quite settle down when he landed and wished to put himself as far away from the horror of his flight. When he reached the Windswept Plateau he collapsed from exhaustion and would’ve been left outside with if not for Viesulis. The Imperial found him just outside of their land and brought him home without a second thought. When Aibek had recovered, he found himself in a new clan with worried faces and joy upon his recovery. He was surprised at how welcoming they were, accepting him into their clan without a single thought. For the first time in a while he felt joy and peace. Perhaps this could be his new home, and he would do better to protect it. When he could, he returned to training and climbed up the ranks until he was Commander of the Guards. Now that the clan was under his protection, he would do everything in his power to protect them.
