Quilo

Quilo is the head of administrations in Lumen-Astrum as well as the teacher for magic based around transferred energy from sources such as emotional energy that music inspires or magic powered by the moon's light. Due to his ability to use magic based around these various energies he is able to easily tell if a dragon who has sent in an application will make good use of their time at Lumen-Astrum and what specialties or abilities they may be able to bring to fulfill the purpose that Lumen-Astrum as a whole serves to fulfill. When a student is accepted they are brought to Xephra for further examination of their interests and abilities.

Quilo is easily excitable and loves music. He enjoys anything that inspires emotion and still can be considered "good," and equally hates anything that inspires emotion in an immoral manner. Needless to say, he is a very good-hearted and pure spiral who values benevolence, purity and energy. He gets along best with other dragons who are energetic and goes to personally welcome any new students to escort them to the school. (They used to just send letters, but there was an... incident with students arriving to the school safely.)
