Biography

A retired paladin, Silver once travelled Sornieth seeking monsters contaminated by the Shade. With her order, she took on magical constructs, corrupted beasts, and dragons lost to its madness. But the emergence of an Emperor in her native realm brought her home, and once there, she found her faith shaken - both by the presence of an enemy too strong for all the paladins of the Sunbeam Ruins combined, and by the reality of what the beast had done to the land of her childhood. Entire villages had been destroyed; harvests devoured in single gulps and ancient archives torched to cinders. Hatchlings were missing. Their parents... found.

It wasn't enough for her to fight anymore. Not after she'd seen what she had left behind in the shadow of every job well done.

She refashioned herself - no longer a paladin, but a stabilizing force. She goes to weakened clans and shares knowledge that will help them rebuild from disaster, and serves as a highly trained guard until danger has passed or the local dragons have reorganized their own defenses. Her order's armor, dented and rusting, glimmers with keepsakes of the thankful, and word of her deeds spreads farther still.
