Novero Kon was born of an egg found by Kudakha. He was not meant to be born a Guardian, and it's unknown if he was even supposed to hatch a Plague dragon. Kudakha attempted some magical experiments upon the egg, and what came out was the result; a weak, smallish Guardian dragon with a warped personality who was most likely once a Fae. The spell was not perfect and Kon can feel this, every moment a reminder that he is not as he should be, and he yearns to feel complete.

Despite their start and the fact that he rightfully blames Kudakha for his current existence, he does view her as a mother of sorts. There is a sort of forlorn attachment to her in his actions, but anger as well, as though he wishes to love her but is too angry and miserable to do so. He hangs about because he wishes her to fix him, but she has expressed that it may not be possible and even gene scrolls seem to have no effect. He avoids contact with the other dragons as much as he can (many have attempted to make friends) and spends most of his time with his serthis familiar, Yohva, who found him in the lair as a hatchling and has cared for him ever since. The two share a deep bond and are rarely apart.
