|| A Donnern Division Dragon || ***** Noctis was a founding member of the Donnern Division and helped see it through some dark days as the Head Secretary, he was later moved to the Design Department after it was created, but he still oversees most of the paperwork throughout the lair. He and his twin sister Saliunca, are data specialists; focusing on total organization and an unparalleled filing system that keeps the lair running smoothly. Now that he's in the Design Department though Noctis is now focusing on all of the requisition orders that his department goes through on a day to day basis. He also has a knack for bottling and preserving food stocks; anyone who happens to get his favor might find a jar of blackberry preserves on their desk or in their locker since he's rather awkward with praises. Thanks to his natural Ice alignment Noctis helps keep his workers cool by emitting a cooling aura using his magic as a sort of air-conditioner. However that's about the extent of his friendliness; not so much because he's deliberately mean, but because he possess poor group work skills. As the Head Secretary he's used to dragons just dropping by to leave off their piles of paperwork for him to file and organize, so his communication leaves a little something to be desired. Noctis is working on that though, with the help of his newfound love for a coworker. He wants to make an improvement so that he can better not only himself but his workforce and the Division as a whole.
