Saliunca and her brother Noctis came to the Donnern Division when it was first just getting started, and haven't left since. Both of them are very organized, however it is Saliunca who is perhaps the most organized out of the two. She categorizes everything down to their smallest details and files them accordingly to her own system.

It was an easy placement, making her the Head of Records, and she has excelled within her position. As she will often tell members of the Division when they come to her for forms or to fill out some pertinent paper work, she knows. She seems to know everything about the dragons who come to visit her in her immaculately clean office. The only dragon she seems to rely on (other than herself of course) for information is Cardea, Head of Logistics. The two seem to get along quite well despite their age difference, and can often be seen on their breaks talking with each other about the forms that others come to get from their respective offices.

While she may not rely on many dragons Saliunca thankfully doesn't seem to suffer for it and is quite capable of solving her own problems, wither they are of her own making or due to a form being filled out incorrectly. Her only real downfall is that her generally reserved and self-reliant nature makes it hard for her to have friends, similar to her brother, but she seems to want to work on it now that the Division is fully functional and well established in the Lightning Farm.

She's awaiting the day when the Division will finally get to move even closer to the Stormcatcher himself and the Tempest Spire. Her brother and others assume its because of her desire to work and be efficient; to Saliunca though she merely wants to see what it's like to be in the presence of a god.
