Celes has only ever felt comfortable in the sky. He doesn't need to speak much while up there, the wind understands him fine enough. No social obligations, no stress, and the only pressure from the wind, that is where he is most at home. He's not much of a show off but he does find genuine happiness in the quiet moments. This is ironic because he does tend to gravitate towards company like Arcadia, a wild but excitable dragon with equal love for the air. The two of them are almost opposites, like hot and cold wind, but together they compliment each other well.
