Etymology: Prosecco (/prəˈsɛkoʊ, proʊ-/, Italian: [proˈsekko]) is an Italian white wine. Prosecco DOC can be spumante ("sparkling wine"), frizzante ("semi-sparkling wine"), or tranquillo ("still wine"), depending on the perlage. It is made from Glera grapes, formerly known also as Prosecco, but other grape varieties may be included. Prosecco is the main ingredient of the Bellini cocktail and can be a less expensive substitute for Champagne. It is also a key ingredient of spritz, a cocktail popular in northern Italy. Unlike Champagne, Prosecco does not ferment in the bottle, and it grows stale with time. It should be drunk as young as possible, preferably within three years of its vintage, although high-quality Prosecco may be aged for up to seven years.
The shining gold of her apparel versus her deep purple colouring may fool you, but Prosecco seems to blend away into the darker areas of the lair. Cautious and wary of those who approach her she tends to skulk away into the edges of Kalimotxo's space, partially obscured by the strange fumes. Though descendent of a light lair she seems to avoid brighter, sunny places. Most of her clan interaction is limited to divination, sometimes alongside Vermouth, who she often is caught watching with great fondness. Though suggestions of liking Vermouth more than a friend are often met with uncharactersitic outbursts of embarrassment and words of complete denial and confusion at such an 'outrageous' and 'impossible' idea. 30221949_350.png
