Bio: Originally instated into the Clan as a Scholar, Obsidian retrained as a Knight under Clan Head Vortex after passing on his knowledge and skills to then Scholar Silver (who has since left to the Arcanist) who had displayed a natural aptitude to organisation of information. During his training he fell for Knight Sophia, an old friend and ally to Vortex and subsequently wooed her after her break-up with Whisperer Pralde. It soon became clear however that Obsidian's gifts lie in the more darker side of knighthood that exploited emotions for power rather than honour, gaining him the title of Dark Knight.
Obsidian has shown great and valiant skills during his time with the Clan to the point where he is considered the master of Dark Knights. Any dragon that wishes to join the fighters of the Clan but do not agree with the code of honour the Knights follow or have notable emotional issues are brought under training him.
