Not very long ago, in the Elemental Territory of the Gladekeeper, a nest was hatched by the lovely Goldencoin and Azza of TalaTari’s Lair, currently situated in the Shrieking Wilds, doubtlessly a vibrant, breathtaking, and sometimes dangerous place if the stories are to be believed. Of that nest was born a very bright and cheerful hatchling who came to be named SunLove, perhaps because of his brightly colored fur, or his dear mother’s elemental alignment, or maybe a penchant for happily taking naps in the rays of sunlight that occasionally shone through the thick leafy canopy of his early home.

Soon enough, the time had come for him to leave and find his place in a different lair, as draconic tradition dictates and most young dragons do. SunLove’s parents and clan kept a careful eye to his progress and were pleased to find him enjoying his new apprenticeship in the Lair of Silvaera, a quietly eccentric old clan of Light.

When he first set out to find his own path, he came across a wandering Lux Spectre named Espri, a playful but well-meaning spirit. Espri decided to become the young dragon’s guide and familiar, showing him the way to Silvaera’s Lair.

Though not as studiously inclined as the clan’s various scholars, he does love learning in his own way, preferring a direct, tactile, experience based method. Under the careful tutelage of Gwyrrd, the clan’s Healer, and Calantha the Herbalist, he studies basic magecraft and botany.
