Biography
The Sun's Magician
The first dragon to officially attach himself to the Forest Wyrm was then called Anole, for his resemblance to a little green lizard. His insistence that he was not, in fact, a Mirror had led to his mutual abandonment of his pack - he would be hard pressed, even now, to say who finally turned their back on whom. Driven to acquire magic, he sought solitude and the lessons that might be learned on the edge of the forest.
As the dragons of nearby territories grew interested, he found himself playing host as often as not, and used his magics to speak with the spirit of the land he occupied, and to change its shape in accord with their discussions. What was once a sunny meadow suitable for a single, studious occupant has become a terraced habitation for many, and a partial border to the Rimward Forest.
This resplendent, sun-loving Coatl serves his Clan as a loremaster and alchemist. He can often be found on his stone veranda, poring over one or another scroll, map, or artifact, and is much beloved of the younger dragons for the clever illusions he casts.
Once he researched and mastered the spell that transformed him, he set about creating a new life - one where the dragon on the outside matches the dragon on the inside, and is finally visible to all.
The study of alchemy, suddenly popular after Baldwin's public successes at transmutation, interests him, and he pursues it in tandem with Maraschino, speaker for the Arcanist, and his newest apprentice Kore, the Windsinger's joyous representative.
