Name origin: Villain of Disney's animated Sleeping Beauty

A dark and cold beauty, Maleficent cares for no one but herself ultimately. Even Mordred comes in second to her plans at times. Hiding in the shadows and staring hard enough to make others get that creepy feeling on the back of their necks is her favorite hobby - her dark scales allow her to do this with ease. Only the flash of light from her wings can give her away. She plans to one day discover the origins of all the dark bed-time stories that Mordred shares. After all, there had to be some start to this boogie-dragon business, right?
Her only friend is Mordred. But we're not surprised.
