Lacking sight, but can speak to familiars. He and Roy really hit it off.

Dall was born completely sightless. He has never once seen the light of the Ruins he lives in, nor the caring face of his sister Talamh.
But he has heard things that very few other dragons, if any at all can: The voices of creatures and trees.
From his very first days Dall could speak to his clan's familiars and quickly gained popularity with them and their respective companions alike. When a familiar was acting unusual, Dall's elders came to him to speak to it and ask it what was wrong. He saved a lot of the animal's lives that way by informing their owners why they were sick.
With this position, from a very young age Dall began his training in medical alchemy. Perhaps the creature was sick, but it's owner didn't know how to cure it? Dall was able to learn the field exceptionally quickly, especially with his disability. After graduating from a student level, Dall went on to invent his own potions and cures. teaming with Ixtlilton to create medicines from cures for ailing crops to herbs fit for the deities.
