The first thing Ejo recalls of life is the sound of the water lapping at the shore of long-deserted beach and the cool night breeze on his back. He wasn't sure where his parents had gone, or if he had any, but all he knew was that he was most certainly by himself in a strange and unfamiliar territory. Young, but inquisitive and resourceful, Ejo managed to make his way in Sornieth by learning from those kind enough to spare attention to the hatchling as they intercepted on their separate journeys. The young Coatl learned how to hunt and fend for himself, but most interestingly, learned how to read and write from an Arcanist dragon he met on his journeys. Ejo has since fallen in love with the ways of language, however ironic that may seem as he is a Coatl and Draconian is his second language.

Due to his lack of parents, however, Ejo is most likely more adept at Draconian than most Coatls, as he has had to learn to understand it to survive. Speaking it, however, is another story. He has always found writing to be an easier way to communicate with most dragons, and is known in his Clan to be preoccupied with piles upon piles of parchment, furiously scribbling and hardly paying attention to the outside world.

Though Ejo has found permanent residency in his Clan, he still remains inquisitive and frequently embarks on short trips to travel and learn further of the world he occupies. When he is residing with his Clan, he is one of the more easy-going members that enjoys the company of others, especially his friend Spot the Sunspot Clouddancer. For his disposition, and his wide knowledge on most subjects, Ejo is a treasured and respected member of the Clan.
