Isolde
The Fire Princess
Blacksmith, Clan Elder, Tender of the Fire Shrine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9680zhMmIqM Isolde is a Fire dragon to the bone, and proud of it. She is passionate and quick-tempered, and sometimes - or often - clashes with the more sedate members of the clan (which is most of them). As the daughter of a proud Matriarch of the first generation of Imperials formed by the Lightweaver herself, Isolde rightly considers herself a princess. She is interested in generation, and keenly tracks the status of other Imperials in the clan. Imperials created by the Lightweaver's essence, the old founders of Imperial lines, are the most respected in Imperial lineages. Their direct children, like Isolde, are also afforded a high place in the hierarchy of Imperial family lore. However, Isolde is keenly aware that she is not a "purebred;" her father was a Wildclaw, and not even a progenitor at that. As such, she is of a lower bred status than Lohengrin, whose pure-bred high princely status matters so little to him that he forgets about it. Isolde keeps records of the breeding of the other Imperials in the lair, in roughly the order of their hierarchical status. Other dragons look askance at this record keeping. Isolde knows that it's the deeds that make the dragon. She just thinks that blood is important to consider too.
