Ah yes, WindVictory. Windsinger's chosen one, the fated dragon who is not of this mortal plane, the nocturne who looks more akin to a sprite than a dragon. Said to have descended from the clouds, sent by Windsinger himself, WindVictory is a sight to be marveled at by all travelers. The Settled, however, know her as the rambunctious healer of the Vanguard. She's more likely to challenge you to a drinking game than to grant you a blessing.

WindVictory is a rowdy jokester who rampages around town with Atzel. Many pages could be filled with their adventures, in and out of the battlefield, and rumors often spread of their closeness to each other. Yet, their relationship remains strictly platonic. Despite the spiral being the most flirtatious of the Settled, He. Will. Not. Flirt. With. Her. (What many people don't know is that the pair commenced a very long talk after Atzel's first attempt, ending with no heartbreak and a kindled friendship)

This nocturne knows her worth, being chosen by Windsinger himself, and has yet to forget it. She sees herself as an ordinary type, but she still understands the weight she carries with more religious folk. WindVictory always makes sure that her jokes and games, although mischievous, remain lighthearted.
