The stoic clan matriarch. It was her will that caused its formation, and her unwavering confidence keeps it together. When she began her journey, her stubbornness and absolute dedication to her clan members were the only things working in her favor. However, as she has aged, her thunderous strikes have grown to bring down creatures many times her size. While other dragons in the clan often use their magic for every-day tasks, the hiss and crackle of electricity building in Lecha's throat can only mean someone is about to get fried.

Lecha is strict and carries herself with quiet pride. She has never been seen smiling and rarely ever gets angry. However, although it is easy to miss, she does express affection. She has a remarkable tolerance for hatchlings and will even occasionally nuzzle Fulgurite, her mate. When someone in the clan suffers, she tends to linger around that dragon. Established members find her presence comforting, however, new dragons tend to be put off by her expressionless face.

It is she who decides which hatchlings and adults enter the lair. She rarely turns down a dragon in need, but she has a very good intuitive sense when it comes to character that she uses when contemplating the official, permanent adoption of a new member.

Lecha was originally a guardian, and she retains her protective instincts as well as a set of segmented horns. Over time, her scales have hardened and gained a vibrant sheen. Her wings have developed a gradient of stripes, then faded out to warm shimmery notes. Her flesh has been scarred numerous times in battle. She was bitten by a strange snake, and developed itchy gemlike inclusions between her scales. Despite these dramatic changes, Lecha has remained steady in personality and calling.
