Named after his grandfather, Toverre comes from a long line of gembound dragons. In his old clan, he was just like any other dragon, but in his current clan, Toverre has taken the role of oracle-caretaker. When he arrived at the clan, he was immediately confronted with the clan's oracle, a beautiful Wildclaw named Elwyn. She told him upfront that the Windsinger had destined them to be mates...and he wasn't complaining. Although she has her oddities, he is content with his life as her caretaker, ensuring she is healthy and happy even during her hour-long visions that can wear out her body and mind.

Toverre is a proud dragon - proud of himself, proud of his clan, proud of his mate... But sometimes his pride goes too far and gets him into trouble. He can be seen as too full of himself, but he truly loves the other dragons that he boasts about. He loves to joke around and be the center of attention, and often goes too far and ends up hurting someone's feelings. Still, his mate loves him dearly, and he is comfortable in the clan, and that is all he could ask for.
