Katara

Katara lay restless, her streingth all but gone. Her body was weak, her stomach yurning to be filled. Katara had been away from her cave for several months now. Ever since she set foot outside her family's cave to catch fish. After seeing how colorful and beautiful the outside world was, she couldn't return to her dark, humid dwelling, though her mother urged her to stay until her powers had set in, she still refused.

This is where it left her, in the middle of the woods, starving. So weak she wasn't even able to cry. She felt a strange tingling in her fingertips, her pearl began to glow. She knew this from the tales of her elders that this meant her powers were activating. She felt a warmth in her stomach and a soothing feeling came over her. She placed a hand flat on the ground and before her, a bush began to sprout, flowers bloomed and berries formed.

Katara feasted on the berrys, they gave her just enough strength to grow another bush, then another. After her stomach was content, Katara fell asleep. It was a peaceful rest, more so than she remembered occurring before.

Katara woke well rested but she was no longer in the middle of the woods. There was a hansom skydancer sitting near by, it gave her a start, but she quickly relaxed, his eyes soothed her instantly.

She grew to love Galvanic, he saved her life and she felt complete with him. He doted upon her, and to go get her theyes found a home in Hewn City. The couple found a lot on the outskirts of the clan, where Katara filled the land with beautiful tropical trees and plants, creating her own rain forest.
