a bog of little words, xetch almost never talks out of practice. he keeps his speech for his task: the duties of a seer. curious souls seek him out to see if he can amend their questions of their own futures. so far, he is yet to be wrong, but who would doubt the magic of a dragon? only other dragons, of course. but so far he has proven to be enlightened in the task of future sight... he tends to be a bit of a snob. such powers are clearly the mark of an important figure, though in this clan, importance is not befitting those who prance it around. xetchtul has long had romantic interest in the pearlcatcher felradyl, but she has never properly returned such feelings. he, on the other hand, is much more likely to be found interacting with his offspring, especially his son ruvian, whose bookish pursuits are clearly of good taste. while one of his daughters, arevenul, does magic (a respectable career), the other just skulks around with various reptiles, and xetchtul does play favorites. |
