History

As a hatchling, Kimber was not happy in her home clan. She felt a deep desire to leave and move on. When she finally did, she had only a short time to travel before she became lost in the iceflows. She stumbled into the Clan of Drifting Silver's camp one day, blinded by the snow. She was cared for until her sight returned, and she chose to stay with the dragons who had saved her. She satisfies her wandering tendencies by being the clan's embassador. She is the public face of the clan, and travels often to confer with other nearby clans. Her wandering nature was passed on to her children, both of whom have left the clan and gone to others. While this brings Kimber heartache, she knows her children did what they deemed best. Unfortunately, her mate, Hau, has also left her-- but not of his own accord. He went missing on a hunting trip, and never returned. News later reached the clan that he was impressed into the service of one of the deities.
