Iliis was found and taken in by Vuldein who decided she would like an apprentice whom she'll groom into a capable warrior to help defend her still young clan and territory. Iliis herself is usually silent like her mentor but also has a outgoing and very active side when around her surigent mother Doliiv and her adopted siblings (she mostly likes to show off how well she can fly).

However communication between the Clan' leader's apprentice and the clans second in command Lustrun, can be tense and awkward at best. Usually the two just stare until Vuldein intervenes, despite this she has grown into a capable warrior Earning her the title of 1st lieutenant giving her the highest rank among the other warriors in the Clan. The only others who are close to her rank as warriors would be the Second Lieutenant (Shares the same responsibilities as Iliis but has to report directly to her) and the Royal guard (personal guardsmen of the Monarch and her family).
Her duties are to oversee her lower ranking warriors to make sure their Queens territory in the Tangled Wood is maintained and protected at all times, especially when her majesty is away in the sea of 1000 currents. Thou she does routinely go to visit and report to her queen in her new lair she mostly is charged with staying in her clan's home of origin to keep those who remain here safe and well provided.

Ziin her familiar came to the clan as a gift from the distant Viridian Laberynth. Vuldein entrusted her apprentice with ziin's care in hopes that the two will develop a close bond that will be helpful to the young imperial when the time comes for her to help protect her clan.
