Haggar wants nothing to do with the civilized life of a typical male dragon - he would much rather spend his time outside the Lair, exploring and pillaging and discovering new things. He can't be tamed either - he wants nothing to do with family life, or so he says. He doesn't like the idea of being responsible for anyone or anything other than himself. Even then, he seems to have no care for avoiding danger - in fact, he embraces it. The more dangerous, the better; are the words he lives by. Perhaps when he's older, he'll settle down and stay within the confines of his territory. Until then, he comes and goes as he pleases and no one will ever tell him to stop. There's an entire Realm for him to see, and he's going to explore every inch of it.
