COSMOS
Playwright
Background
The daughter of a stage magician, this dragon grew up with a desire to entertain and educate others. However, she had only a mediocre singing voice, no acting talent, and a profound stage fright. She spent the adolescent years of her life wondering what to do with the rest of it. Perhaps, she would be cursed to earn her living doing a job she didn't really enjoy. She was, after all, a very fine scribe.
Everything changed when a caravan of stage performers from the Windswept Plateau came to visit her parents' casino. With a lively glow in their emerald eyes, they acted out fantastic stories. Hilarious one-liners, tragic death scenes- Cosmos saw it all. She even briefly met with the dragon who wrote the play. It was then she knew what she wanted to do. She would write plays that taught hidden lessons, and moved even the most stoic Guardian to tears. The gloom of the Tangled Wood dampened her creativity, so she set off for the Plateau, and joined a Clan there. After a great time there she joined another caravan later, following them into the Ashfall Waste.
Personality
Cosmos is lively, and has a certain individuality about her that seems off to most other Nocturnes. She doesn't mimic nearly as often as most of his kind do. When she finds a dragon he really likes, however, she will mimic them in spite of himself. This is a dead giveaway for other dragons- if she starts copying your speech patterns, she probably enjoys your presence.
She tends to wear her other emotions on her sleeve as well, only able to hide the negative ones to avoid that anybody feels sad because of her. She spends a lot of time on her own, beeing nerdy and writing plays. The only things she likes more than her job are sugary sweets, and she can get quite dizzy if she eats to much of them.
