Personality: Gaia is a balance of gentility and stubbornness. She takes great care in ensuring the safety and comfort of her clan but is unyielding in her position as clan leader. While she will take into account the views and desires of individual dragons, all clan decisions are ultimately hers to make and hers alone.

Affections: Gaia prefers the tranquility of isolation and therefor is not often found among the clan. Instead, she prefers the company of plants, dryads, and botany associated creatures of the forest.

Background: Born in the Viridian Labyrinth, she moved the clan to the Sunbeam ruins after tragedy struck her clan. The humid and generally dark undergrowth of the jungle led to an outbreak of scale rot. The infection spread into the blood of many of her wards and they died of septicemia. In order to save what was left of the clan, she moved them to the sunny and warm ruins that Light dragons call home.

After establishing her place among the territories and recovering from the rot herself, Gaia has begun devoting much of her days seeking enlightenment from the knowledge Light dragons treasure.

Updates: During one of the long cold winter nights, Gaia and her clan traveled inland away from the strong ocean winds. Finding a deep crevice to take shelter in, the clan came across what appeared to be a clutch of abandoned dragon eggs. Instead of eating them for nourishment, the clan took them in and warmed them with their bodies. Half of the clutch left upon hatching, the remaining follow in toe like ducklings to their mothers.
