The formidable, shining, sun colored matriarch, and guardian of the Valkyra clan. Sunblaze treats all the hatchlings here as her own, and defends them as such. She's raised many a hatchling into a free spirited wind dragon, ready to begin their own adventures.

Originally orphaned in a skirmish between two rival Clans, Sunblaze was alone for a good portion of her early life. Wandering all across Sornieth on the search for her Guardian's Charge, Sunblaze encountered many different dragons, and many wonderful places.

But one thing was always a constant, there were always hatchlings in need of a safe place to grow up. Be they abandoned as eggs, orphaned as she had, or slowly starving with their impoverished parents, there were hatchlings and young dragons in the world that were suffering through no fault of their own.

And so the shining guardian found her charge, and cleared a lair to serve as a refuge for any hatchling, or small family in need of a safe, secure place to call home.

As time went on, it became apparent to Sunblaze that something needed to be done. She watched as her clan filled with misfits and refugees, be it from beast clan wars or clan skirmishes. She could not simply guard any longer.

Along with Tlalli, a coatl who had come to the clan as an orphan, Sunblaze founded The Valkyra Order. Orphaned dragons of every flight and breed, to represent and defend all, not just their own interests.
