Undisputed Queen of the local seas, Ceto is a force to be reckoned with. Her massive form is rarely seen by the clan, with distant sightings of her and her mate being seen as a sign of luck. Only the oldest dragons in Kiradeki Clan know of the terror she used to bring. Long ago, she used to attack dragons who went out fishing, stealing their catches in the chaos, and leaving the clan in quite the predicament.

After a while, the clan decided to hire a young Skydancer to undergo ancient rites of transformation to become a Guardian and take her on in the deep. After a legendary struggle, Ceto and her opponent were both exhausted, and she renamed him Phorcys as a sign of his strength and cunning, and agreed to stop attacking the clan in return for his company.

Before long, the two became mates, and Ceto taught him about her people, the Glacial Leviathans. Legendary dragons of the deep, cold waters around the Southern Icefield. She even took him home to her lair, a deep, carved out den hidden in the rock deep beneath an ice floe. The den curls back on itself, trapping air inside a large cavern with flat topped rocks jutting out of the water to be slept on. The water around the den and inside the cavern is filled with bioluminescent microbes that sparkle and glow when disturbed, acting as a sort of early warning system for the pair. 		icev4.png
