ABOUT
Maris is the matriarch of the Clan of Poseidon's wake, the creator of said clan, and one of the most kind dragons within their ranks. Her soothing demeanor and ability to calmly handle situations with logical thinking and concern for the feelings of others involved earned her the name "The Calming Wave." She remains in charge of her clan, always willing to take in new members, whether her second-in-command agrees or not. With a strong sense of moral right as well as a belief in honoring their deity, she practices what she believes is the correct way to live and to treat other dragons, as well as to hold onto the pride and power of her clan as a whole and as individual droplets making up an ocean. She is definitely a leader in every respect of the word.
