NAME MEANING - A type of jazz defined by complex harmony and rhythms Mated to Marriella Bio - There is no real reason as to why Bebop is still alive. His ‘survival skills’ consist of hugging someone until their anger goes away or giving them a gift. The Flamecaller must like him. For the longest time, he wandered the Ashfall Waste, enjoying his forever endangered life until he came across a rather territorial Guardian. She tackled him, claws spread wide, teeth showing, smoke billowing for her mouth. In response, he headbutted her snout happily. This certainly confused her, most times, that would work. She decided that his egg must have cracked when he was little and was not right in the head, so she left him. But Bebop followed. He followed his new friend about all over the place and would sleep in her den, chat about all sorts of things, plant pretty flowers here and there. The Guardian, known as Marriella, much preferred to be a lone wolf. She had long since given up on her Search and only looked out for herself these days, wandering place to place. She didn’t need him slowing her down. One day, while Marriella was off hunting near the Shifting Expanse’s border, a pack of rogue Steelhounds came bounding her way. She initially thought that her firey breath would melt them down, but the Stormcatcher’s engineers were a bit smarter than to have their creations be burned by simple dragonsbreath. They swarmed about her body and brought her down easily as she roared in pain, thinking that this was the end. However, the Steelhounds’ attention was brought to a great, lion-like roar in the distance. Bebop vaulted over the ridge, looking about as ferocious as he did cheerful most of the time. He blew a magma-like fireball at the first Steelhound, the force of the impact was what destroyed it. The others’ attempt at avenging their comrade was in vain, they were all crushed beneath the weight of his fiery claws. Bebop helped Marriella back to her den. She was astonished that this silly Tundra had just taken down an entire pack of Steelhounds without her help. After that, they stopped traveling and settled down there. Soon, other dragons found them and stayed by their side, depending upon each other for their survival, and a new Clan was founded in the Ashfall Waste: Clan Vilhlmi. Today, Bebop is the kind leader of his Clan who loves to headbutt newcomers and snack upon Sugarmelon. He is now Marriella’s mate and the proud father of 3 Guardians, Adamance, Valiance, and his daughter in the allied Clan Stjerneklart, Radiance. |
