City is a patient and hardworking dragon. Hailing from the Shifting Expanse, she has the same work ethic as the Stormcatcher -- all business, all the time. While this has done wonders for clan productivity, many of her clan mates are worried that City will burn herself out. She spends most of her time travelling around Sornieth, doing her duties as Lightning Representative for the clan. When City isn’t away, she spends her time enjoying her secret hobby: looking after her collection of succulent plants. She likes their unique shapes and colors, and she appreciates that they are hardy enough to survive her constant absences.
