origins.

No-one knows where Vairs came from, and if she knows herself she certainly never shared it with anyone else. That's how the idea started, that she was created from the tidelords magic, with her gift for reading the future only furthering that. She never corrected them.

Vairs founded clan Vhar'rus Hrol, with the help of altarez, mostly on accident. While trying to find her charge she picked up more and more dragons on the way, finally forming the clan and at last it clicked. The clan was her charge, and she would protect it to her last breath, as tradition dictated.

It is common knowledge that Vairs have a mischievous streak, that is known to appear whenever it is least wanted, making every meeting with her a bit of a risk, at least if you don't wanna be the one to mentor the clans troublemakers.

As the time past the clan grew and so did their lair, exponentially, and the alliance with the maren only furthered that. With their knowledge of the surroundings they built the lair to be both practical to defend and with lots of space for the many magic users and seers. But as the clan grew so did the conflicts and Vairs had her gaze on the future instead of the clan. She didn't notice the sign before the conflict finally erupted in honest.

Nowadays she doesn't smile and jest so much. With the clan gone her purpose seem lost and she only followed the few remaining clan-members into the shadowy forests out of instinct more than anything. Something inside her is broken, that much is clear to anyone setting their sight on her, and there seems no way to mend it.
