Bio: A kleptomaniac, Rain was caught trying to steal from the Clan as a hatchling but was saved from punishment by Night taking him in as her charge granting him his scarf as a sign of her protection. Ever grateful for the second chance he dedicated himself to the Clan as it's messenger and scout, although he does still cause trouble with his sticky claws and does not get on well with Gladiolus. His gills and fins developed suddenly during the Wavecrest Saturnalia and is theorised by the former Scholar Silver to have been a result of his dormant Water descent awakening due to Marinas frequent trips into rivers and dragging him in with her.
As he has come along in his reformation, he has been trusted with an apprentice, Scout Taffy, who now eases his delivery burdens by taking all packages and messages within the Starfall Isles while he deals with any outside of the home realms. He has recently developed a fear of large living plants after a bad encounter and as such Taffy now also handles any deliveries to Nature. With the recent re-organisation arranged alongside the Clans move to the Astrolodome, the scouts were separated from the Spy branch into their own section in charge of maps, exploration and messages. An active logistics section basically with Rain at it's head since he has long since proved his loyalty to the Clan despite still occasionally having trouble controlling his urges to take and hoard.
