Actually a harpy, stolen at birth to be a "collector's item" in a shady auction. She was sold to a rich couple who use her as an exotic maid servant. She sings on demand, cleans and cooks. She has never experienced her own culture and wishes she could meet another harpy. She just wants a friend. It's a lonely life being an object.

One day the Faire is performing for a rich town and Korvin overhears Brooke singing. After inquiring around he learns that she's a slave. Korvin is absolutely appalled by this and plans to smuggle her out of the town. When the group reveals this plan to her, Brooke is uncertain. Are these people really trying to help her? Will they just sell her to someone else? She ultimately decides to the trust the tundra's kind eyes and flees the city with them.

Korvin then offers her a choice, the Faire will take her to a nearby beastclan settlement where she can hopefully arrange to go to a harpy home, or she can join the Faire and use that singing voice to entertain guests. He makes sure Brooke knows this is her choice, and they would treat her like an equal if she stayed. At first she's ready to go "home". While on the road to the beastclan camp she warms up to the group and ultimately decides to stay with them for the time being.

Brooke now composes and sings her own songs, assisting Archie with play writing. Some would swear they saw her smile.
