This was one of the first anime that I really got deeply into (like, embarrassingly so) and it still holds a very special place in my heart. Keroro was always my favorite on the Platoon because he was such a silly "leader", and the antics he accidentally and purposely created were hilarious. Your fandragon is such a fun recreation, especially with the inclusion of the Construction Mith!
