Buuli is one of the two oldest dragons in the Citadel from it's original days. He and Serena were the first two to join Machtvoll when he began to establish his clan, and still remain to this day. Over the long years, he became Machtvoll's advisor and the only other dragon he truly trusts. Unlike most others in the clan, he doesn't seem especially proud of this, just acts as if it's another fact of his life.

It's unclear what the Nature dragon's state of mind is, but in his spare time he can be found caring for his plants. He has an entire section of the Citadel to himself where he grows all manner of plants, and to walk into it leaves one questioning if they are still in the Citadel at all, since there is ivy climbing all over the walls and ceiling.

He doesn't talk much outside of advising Machtvoll, seeming to prefer keeping to himself and his plants than to make friends, but he's not as silent as one such as Undertaker- actually responding when one bothers to talk to him.
