Biography

Andromeda means Ruler of Men and she was the daughter of king Cepheus and Queen Cassiopeia. She was so beautiful that her mother the queen bragged about her being more beautiful than even the Nereids (Sea Nymphs and companions of Poseidon).
Poseidon sent the monster Cetus to attack their city as divine punishment. In hopes of appeasing the monster and saving the city, Andromeda is tied to rocks on the shore as sacrifice but she is rescued by the hero Perseus.
I thought the name would suit the matriarch of this lair.
