In what undoubtedly was a most baffling series of events in the hatchling's admittedly small lifetime, he found himself living among another clan, different from the one that he had hatched into. And also the polar opposite of the one he had hatched into.
The first clan had been a Light clan, with brightly colored dragons and brightness all around. Rather painful to experience, actually, but it was manageable.
And now he was in a Shadow clan, where darkness was all around him. If he was even familiar with the concept, he may have suspected the universe was messing with him.
Weirder yet was that, before even being introduced to the main clan members, or even given a name, he had been provided with 3 gene scrolls, each that amplified his scales to a sleek, lustrous appearance unlike any of the other dragons in the clan. Well, his wings were unlike any of the other dragons - almost all of them had shiny scale bellies, and he was even more bewildered to discover that his belly was now covered in white scales, whereas previously, they had been a dark blue, like the rest of his body.
Perhaps concerned that the hatchling would become anxious by the sudden changes, they offered him the company of an adorable, bird-like moth, or moth-like bird (he certainly wasn't going to argue the semantics), which he took a liking to. It was cuter than the stuffed Mith toys, anyway.
Adulthood
Soon after growing into an adult dragon, the former hatchling was finally given his own name: Noblesse. The expectation was that Noblesse would later be taken under Sora's wing to be trained in battle, much like how Sora himself had been trained alongside Kisara.
