Founder of the Recon Corps
As mate to Stormrunner and one of the clan's founding members, Lief is technically second in command. As founder and symbolic leader of the Recon Corps, she enjoys going out on missions. While significantly more organized and focused than her mate, she is still content to leave the actual running of the clan to Thunder and day-to-day Recon Corps matters to her son, Seawind. In contrast to her mate, Lief is highly intelligent. She is fully aware that Stormrunner's true strength lies in his remarkable ability to effortlessly keep their clan together. The Stormchasers include a collection of some of the most fiercely independent, cunning, vain, bloodthirsty, egomaniacal, and occasionally mad dragons in all of Sornieth, yet no dragon has ever left the clan on bad terms.
