    Emerald is a old dragon with a short temper. He was once a well known warrior but was forced to retire from the life of battle when his hire legs and wings and tail were damaged in a dangerous battle for the clan. His mate and the leader of their clan Saphire is often found trying to keep Emerald healthy and calm. He loves her deeply though few can tell.

    Emerald doesn't like many dragons. He rarely is kind to other dragons barring his mate and the hatchlings of the clan. He more often then not can be found spending time with the hatchlings or with Elvira teaching her the ways of their clan as though she was his hatchling.

    Emerald also thinks Fae dragons are hatchlings no matter what anyone says and because of that many wondering fae have been cuddled by the large elder dragon.
